(Ex: NorthStar | Moderator) I am not currently. I was an admin in an old server called SXE. It never had many players, so I don't think it counts. Give a example of what you consider a bad event: I would consider an event for a few reasons. 1. Communication. Two teams, due to bad communication between bad communication of TLs and RTOs cause blue on blue on multiple occasions during the event. The Zeus poorly communicates with the TLs, causing the NS position to be overrun unintentionally, against the intention of both parties of the event. 2. Organization. An event has two medics and two anti armor riflemen, and the Zeus allows the TLs to pick who's on their teams. One TL takes both medics, another takes both anti armor riflemen. During the event, one team is destroyed from infantry because it has no medics, and the other is destroyed from armor because it has no anti armor riflemen. 3. Teamwork. A TL that chooses poorly trained, incompatible, or mingy members could ruin fun for everyone. Why would you like to become a Zeus? (Minimum 100+ words) I feel like the server would need more people to increase the creativity of the Zeus team and the creativity of the events. I also want to make some sort of a difference on the server by helping it grow in players. I would also like to host events that try to combine realism and fun. I will try to research the command structures, armaments, ranks, etc of the groups that we will be helping/fighting before every operation I plan to host. And if it's allowed, I will take suggestions from players for what they want the setting of future ops to be, any new OPFOR in that region, as well as supporting units for people qualified. Give a example of an event you would host: (No word limit but not enough detail will get you denied immediately) The Nigerian Armed Forces have contracted Valkyrie Company to deal with a Boko Haram stronghold in the city of Baga. The Boko Haram stronghold is straining the already little supplies from coming into the city. It is a train station and warehouse located on the eastern half of the city. Valkyrie company will deploy west of the stronghold via heli insertion and assault the warehouse half of the stronghold before moving on to the train station. Close Air Support will be provided by Nigerian Air Force aircraft from NAF Airbase Maiduguri. Exfiltration will be provided via helo. Enemy strength is expected to be a company of infantry, most are out of city, but are still close enough to be called back in within a time frame of 15 minutes if they have any sort of radio.
