A spur of the moment decision will inevitably lead to failure and mistakes. Events don’t need an intense amount of planning, however, they do require some thought ahead of time. Bad events usually consist of little to no thought in the operation, bad game sense, incoordination, and an overall lack of direction/leadership. Too many times have I seen a Zeus not communicate with players, thus resulting in the operatives on the ground to head in the wrong direction, or accidentally circumventing planned pathways in an event, overall breaking the flow of the operation.  [i][size=120][b][color=#2ecc71]Why would you like to become a Zeus?:[/color][/b][/size][/i] I’d like to become a Zeus as I feel I would be a beneficial asset to the team. As of late, the Zeus team has been suffering from a lack of activity or stimulating events. Some events recently have resulted in negative reviews from the community and I’d hope to change that. Being a prior Zeus, I’ve already had training so I would not require much prep in order to get back to work Zeusing. I’m also pretty educated when it comes to milsims and I’ve got creativity working with me. I could greatly assist others on the Zeus team by giving solid critiques and offering assistance either by helping staff the operation, or by providing new ideas/changes.  [size=120][color=#2ecc71][i][b]Give a example of an event you would host:[/b][/i][/color][/size] A good way to test the waters would be by starting off with a rather linear event. Despite the event being linear, it’d still have a gimmick in the sense of mobility. The forces of Valkyrie company would be responsible for performing as a QRF, bounding from OBJ to OBJ via a UH-60 in order to assist friendly troops. Each OBJ would have a different task to perform at it, such as entrenching a location until friendly units arrive, painting and/or marking a location for destruction through the utilization of friendly air assets, or the construction of a landing strip for friendly air assets.  [color=#2ecc71][b][i][size=120]Were you referred by anyone on the Staff/Zeus team, if you were, who?[/size][/i][/b][/color] [b]Mares & Vogel.[/b]
